Our Customer’s Story, Christine, Age 51: For me, my wakeup call was my 50th birthday. The funny thing is, I feel more alive at age 50 than I did at age 40, but my face showed that I was indeed a fifty year old. In my life, I wasn’t bashful about living life in the sun. I certainly didn’t think I was bad looking, but I guess those years enjoying the sun were catching up to me. When I really looked at myself, I saw I had sun spots, the skin on my nose was rough, the skin on my forehead was dry and flaky, and I had some deep wrinkles. This was me, but yet, it wasn’t!
I had a friend who had a treatment at Radiant a year ago, and she was pleased with the results. I didn’t know her before the treatments, so I couldn’t make a comparison on the before-and-after, but she was very pleasant looking. The other thing for me, frankly, was I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I didn’t want to be seen as some patient with a lot of dollars to spend on some unneeded treatments. I wanted to look better, but not at any cost.
I went into Radiant, talked with the doctors, and they listened to me. The most important thing I learned was developing a regular skin treatment plan, of doing a little bit of effort consistently over time. I like it this way, since it’s easier to afford, and doesn’t require a bunch of time to fulfill. Now, I’m regaining some of the beauty I feel inside, back in my face. When I see the pictures posted of me on Facebook now, compared to those pictures of me taken five years ago, I’m better looking now!
