Dr. Alex Sobel joins Radiant MedSpa

Dr. Alex Sobel is a leader in the area of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Sobel is double-board certified in Cosmetic Surgery and Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery. Now in his fourth year of practice, Dr. Sobel has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures. A past recipient of the William K. Miles, M.D. award for the highest written exam score in Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Sobel, has for the past two years, and continues to serve as an examiner for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and has trained several subsequent surgeons in the art and science of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Sobel has both lectured on a variety of topics in Cosmetic Surgery, including breast augmentation and facial aesthetic surgery, and served as a panelist on Facial Plastic Surgery at national academy meetings. He has also published on the intra-oral technique of injectible fillers and autologous fat grafting (fat transfer) – a method which drastically reduces inflammation and bruising potential, increases patient comfort, and leaves no injection marks.  Though he is proficient in all forms of general cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Sobel has particular interests in body contouring, including the aesthetic enhancement of the breast and abdomen, fat transfer, face & eye lifting procedures, and rhinoplasty.
