Still Unsure?
When clients really want the benefits from a skin care plan, but are hesitant, we find these silent doubts often keep them from making the final step forward:
- What if something goes wrong? This is why Radiant Medspa has doctors on staff. As in any medical procedure, though the chance of a unintended reaction is small, it is real. Should something unexpected develop, we can address the issue immediately with medical expertise.
- This is too expensive for me. Radiant offers several financing options, making skin care very affordable. We will bend over backwards to work within your budget and skin care goals. More over, women should view skin care as a regular budget item. Skin care isn’t a secondary item left to the occurrence of spare cash. Rather, just as a women had a budget for makeup and beauty, so should she have a budget for taking care of her skin. Skin care really is more affordable than you might think!
- I’m not sure if the procedure will work on me. Of course, everyone’s reaction is different, and there are no guarantees. However, skin is an organ, behaving and reacting in predictable ways. Just as staying out in the sun will cause a sunburn, at different rates for different people, so too will the skin react to a treatment. While individual reactions will vary, the skin’s response will not.
- Generally skeptical. We understand. We’ve found that clients are not skeptical of Radiant per se, but just generally cautious. With the saturation of too-good-to-be-true ads and new youth serums, people have to be skeptical to sort the truth. Though we can present an album full of client testimonials and tout the expertise of our medical staff and facilities, we’ll just emphasize one point: our number one source of new clients is customer referrals. More than Google, radio ads, or GroupOn, we get the most new clients from word-of-mouth. If we did not provide superior service and results for our client, then they wouldn’t be providing these superior results for us.
Our Customer’s Story: “I’m an attorney, so when clients come to me, something has already gone wrong. I’m used to thinking the worst-case scenario, and planning to that. I had some popped red spider veins in one of my cheeks I got during pregnancy with Bradley. It wasn’t major, and my husband said it was no big deal, but still, it bugged me. Before I went to Radiant, I checked them out online, and the doctor’s records. Those were good, so I went in for a free consultation. I talked to the doctor about what I wanted to do, and she outline the treatment options, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. We talked about what could go wrong, of prevention and treatment afterward. I didn’t make up my mind right then, since I wanted to think about it overnight, but the next day, I decided it was time to go ahead and take care of my face. I’ll say that Radiant’s services were what I expected: honest people doing great work, trying to help women look better. They have genuine care and concern for their patients. For me, the spider veins are gone, It’s just a small change, but since I saw it every time I looked in the mirror, it was a big change for me.”
