Radiant Medspa & Weight Loss is a medical based treatment spa. You can expect a high level of professionalism, medical standards, and privacy.

Some of our treatments require a medical consultation prior to our physician or naturopath. In that case this will be arranged prior to treatment or day of treatment. Medical forms and health history are required for our treatments.

Some treatments require limited recovery time and may leave some bruising or slight discomfort for a day after. We will inform you of what to expect by specific treatment, and all means to speed healing and maximize results.

It is vital that you make all of your follow up visits and after care instructions for the best outcome. We take your results seriously and need your participation in your care to assure the most satisfactory results.

Please contact us if you have any questions after a treatment so we can help answer your questions and offer additional treatment direction. Medical spa treatments are not geared for relaxation; however, we do our best to create a relaxing environment for you during the procedures. Please let us know if you need special considerations, such as a tendency to get cold, or allergies to certain fragrances.

Disrobing: We do not require at any time that you fully disrobe and we use draping during laser treatments for the body.

Pre-Booking: We require a credit card hold for any appointments 45 minutes or longer.

Appointment times: Please be on time for appointments as we keep our schedule pre booked for consideration of your time and others. We do require 24 notice for any change to an appointment that is 30 minutes or more and do have a $50.00 fee for no shows and insufficient notice. We do understand that emergencies occur. Please call us if this occurs and we can waive the fee.

If you’re going to be late for an appointment we also need a call. Realize that your time will be shortened to the extent of the late time to keep on schedule, or you may need to wait for the next opening.

We also understand that sometimes we may make an error in booking and will compensate your time with a service if this should occur.

Refunds: we can refund unused products and give spa credit for opened products that are returned. Any refunds for treatment purchases must allow 30 days for refund and is only allowed for unused treatments. Package sales that require a refund during the treatment plan will be reverted to retail regular per treatment price and the remaining will be refunded in 30 days of written request.
